To hell with Gift bags.

I love wrapping!!! I especially love the challenge of wrapping oddly shaped gifts. I have used wrapping paper, the funnies from the Sunday paper, hand painted inside out brown paper bags, and of course duct tape! I don't toot my horn very often, but after wrapping over 50 presents every year, I have some prowess with ribbon that would give Martha Stewart a run for her money!

at one point I had a giant plastic tub (that my 5'7 170lb body would loosely fit into), Full of every type and color of wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tags imaginable. even then it wasn't limited to Christmas paper. I had Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and yule supplies in yet another tub!

oh I love giving presents, because I am one of those irritating people that gets you Exactly what you needed/wanted, all wrapped up in perfectly oriented, laser cut, never a tear or too much tape. which always gets me that look when you hand me a disheveled looking package with a lopsided bow, or worse.. a gift bag that says "hey, I only thought about you for a minute before I reached the check out line", with yet another pair of fuzzy socks with a cow motif, just like the ones you got me last year.
