Peace to my heart and yours

It's the day after Christmas. I'm watching two squirrels play and skitter around. I've seen them before, always busy. They don't seem to spend a lot of time fretting or worrying or wringing their paws. I imagine they trust that the way to live is to just get on with it. They are little citizens of nature.
Nature always talks about the Creator if you listen. If you have ears to hear. Life is rough but you just get on with it, and somehow things work.
I hear Jesus speaking peace to my heart. He speaks peace if you have ears to hear.

What a beautiful journal entry, thank you for sharing! Sometimes we get so busy in our lives that we forget to revel in what God gives us outside our very own windows... =]
