Sleep Training

I never thought I would sleep train.I still hate the idea, but nonetheless, here we are on night 4. No fun.I hope this gets better.

Lol.....oh my..not to be irreverent, but what on earth is "sleep training"?   I've truly never heard of it...not knowing that any creature needs to be trained to sleep.......???

Jun. 12, 2007 at 9:28 PM It is the hatefully politiclly correct term they use for various methods of an infant learning to sleep on their own...most often if you're training, they are crying it out.
