Anais arm just got burned this morning with a light bulb & I was wondering if anybody knew how to treat it. Its already starting to bubble up. We tried coca butter lotion, aloe, a&d ointment but nothing seems to work. She hasent complained that it hurts but I would like for it not to be  hurting tonight when she goes to sleep.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! =)

 Breastmilk!!

Apply breastmilk gingerly to burns and they will dry up and look much better the next day. A burn treated with breastmilk and mashed-up blueberries will dry up within an hour.  The soothing milk would stop the pain immediately. The lauric acid found in breastmilk is antiviral, antibacterial, healing to tissue, and contains analgesic properties. Besides human breastmilk, virgin coconut oil is nature's most abundant source of lauric acid.

wow, I am sorry that she burned herself. She seems like a tough little cookie if it was not bothering her. I was going to say cold runnig water seems to work for most all burns. I am not sure about Bm interesting though I will have to look that up.

Make sure it stays clean and covered. My son did that last year. Don't pop the blister.

Aloe Vera and cover it up. They say don't put butter on it. I can't remember the reason but I think it can cause an infection.
