so we were messing around and daddy did my measurements for a group i am in and i did his, he put them in the armys body fat calculater. i think he wanted to see what his was, well thats another story cus i will be swearing up a storm if i tell you about his. now on to bigger things....yeah like my fing ass, i am much bigger then i thought i was, i think it all hit me when my body fat % was 10% higher then female soldiers my age and height should be, yes i am a whooping 44% body fat. yuck my body is almost 50% fat, it only leave bones, damn i really need to get a move on with this getting fit thing.

i am a true believe that the wii fit is working for me, in the last week i have been less winded going up the steps and yes sex of corse, even when i am doing the cardio i am less winded. i just wish i would see bigger results, faster its hard to work out and not see them fast enough. oh i know be patient. i fucking am damn it. hush you! :) mommy. anyway i am really into this, i really am not wanting to diet, i have this crazy part of me that really gets way into it and even to the point of not eatting, i know i can not worry about what i am eatting more like what i am not eatting. i cant do this unheathy like before. i know that now i am older and understand how much that will hurt me and my family. so now that that is out i promise to my hubby and dear friends that i am not going to starve myself. now i am going to post a before pic and measurements, then i will update it every month, thanks for listening-reading what ever just thanks.

I hear ya about the dieting thing.  Its all or nothing with me sometimes too.  UGH..GRRR  &^%**%^% thatz how i feel about trying to eat flippin healthy.  I dnt know the heck im doing half the time and then i do really good all day and BAM!! im tiptoeing to the kitchen for a late night snack or four..LOL..we can do this...I'm setting small goals for myself at first, just so it feels more realistic for me.  My first goal is to make it thru Janurary really giving it all ive got.  I'm sure I'll see some sort of results and even if itz not much this getting fit stuff couldnt hurt, rite?  Hang in there!

Yeah you have to eat to burn calories.  People think that if if they don't eat they will lose weight...yeah you will lost weight but it's the bad kind.  Before I got pregnant with Ian I was going to the gym regularly and seeing a trainer...I learned so much.  They also say not to weigh your self because you aren't going to be dropping pounds.  It will turn into muscles and so the weight will stay the same but you will be in better shape.  Does that make sense?  You will notice clothes fitting smaller but its because you are toning things.  Also after my workouts I was taking supplements to help with building my muscles back you.  You are slowly tearing them down so you have to build them back up. You can get the pills or powder for at GNC.   

Oh and I don't think you look bad :o)  Hang in there...I will use you as an example once we get ours and I can start doing mine too.
