Happily 2008 is gone. I hope this next year is better. The girls are getting older, they will be in preschool soon. My son will be going to Jr. High next school year. Hopefully, he will excel when he gets challenged a little more. We will be moving back to our hometown, actually it is my husband's hometown. It is only 1 city away from where I grew up. I will be able to go to work. I will have more family to help. Wow, I can not believe how much child care would eat out of my little paychecks. So, over the next 12 months I am going to make the most out of being home with the kids, as it is going to end too soon.

I will not get mad about the playdough being stuck in the hardwood floors. Or the cups of dirty water from the watercolors being spilled on the floors. I will gladly spend 3 hours mending the girls princess dresses that keep ripping. I will spend more time playing with the "kitchen set" rather than complaining that all the pieces are EVERYWHERE. LOL.

I will let the girls help me with the laundry instead of waiting until their naptime. Oh wait, they refuse to take naps anymore. Hopefully that will go back to normal.

Last year, we spent alot of time at the pool, the beach and the park. That is not going to change. However, I am going to remember to have my camera charged. I seemed to always forget to do that.

Of course I need to lose weight, this year I am going to focus on overall health...for the whole family. More veggies, more lean meat, less junk stuff. Oh, how I love baking cookies with the kids. We will just have to save it for the holidays....all of them. Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Flag Day....you name it. I will have to go out to get one of those Calenders that has ALL of the holidays on it.

I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year. I know I am planning on it.
