NO CA STATE RETURNS?!?!

So hubby says he was reading about how california state is in so much debt, they are not giving out state returns, only IOU's, and if you rent, no rent return either. WTH?? I dont feel its right, i mean make us pay it but forget to tell us till the last min oh btw you wont be getting anything back, thats called stealing mr schwarzenagger (sp). I know its not much for some, but its OUR money, we had to pay in, we deserve something back, not just a stinkin IOU, i mean i cant just not pay my bills or my taxes and say oh heres a IOU cause its rough this year, its not fair for them. Has anyone else heard about this???

Im just a wee bit pissy, i mean my paychecks would be a bit bigger if i had those taxes in them, thats a few more diapers and formula i could have bought or groceries in my house, and i wait each year to get some of it back to at least catch up on a bill, get the kids the things they may have needed or whatnot. Its insane of them!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. ok i think im done goin on and on about this lol, at least the federal tax return will be sweet, I HOPE lol guess i better start knockin on wood eh??
