Emmalee gave her Daddy a scare!

Today Emmalee has been so sick. Her temp has not fallen below 102. She has just been laying around all day long and we needed some Motrin. So I went for a quick run to Walmart to some and maybe something she might eat. While I was in the check out line Devin calls me and says that she is starting to scare him. I asked him what she was doing and he said that she was not really responding to him. I got a little worried so I rushed home. On my way, I saw that I had 2 missed calls from home. When I tried to call him back he did answer me, so now I am really worried. Finally I got a hold of him and he told me that he had just got off the phone with 911 and they were sending a ambulance. Now I am terrified. I get home and she is lying in the floor with just a diaper and she is shivering. But she was looking around, just acting like a sick child. When the paramedics get here they just look at her and say that she good color and she just looked like she was getting the stomach virus. We refused to take her to the hospital. But bless her and her daddy's little heart. She is doing much better even though she is still running a fever.  But this just shows me that my poor little husband acts under pressure. I love him so much that he loves our little girl so much that when she doesn't act right for just a second he will call in the national guard to make it all better!

Awww, poor daddy and poor baby.  My dh has rushed my dd to the er before.  I was at work when he called to say he was taking her to the er.  :) I am glad she is acting like she feels better.
