A few years ago, I resolved to never again make a whole list of resolutions--it's overwhelming and seems to guarantee failure (at least for me).

My resolution this year is a repeat from a few years ago:

To eat just ONE sweet treat a day (I have a serious sweet tooth) and to follow the serving size. (that sounds like two, but it's really all part of the same thing).

I did GREAT with this one a few years ago. I lost 10 pounds without really trying. But having been pregnant for the better part of 2008, I sorta fell off the wagon in a major way! So, I'm back at it now. It's hard at first--there are so many sweets in the house right now and serving sizes are small. (Seriously, ONE cookie? Holy cow!).

My new year's resolution is the same every year and I never break it!

Not to make any new year's resolution!  It's fool proof!  Cookies, YUM!!!!

I stopped making New Year's resolutions because it is so hard to keep up with and remember!  For me, small baby step goals are more effective.

This is a great idea! Just a little taste to satisfy the craving...and with just one you can burn it off much quicker than if you eat half a box (like I ususally do). Yikes!
