I have to say that I don't make New Year's resolutions every year.     But - when I do - I usually stick to them.  My main resolution for 2009  is to get back into to a regular exercise routine. With my  hectic schedule leading up to the holidays, I found every excuse in the book not to exercise every day.  

Well - now it is time to get back into the routine and to tone up this ol' body of mine.  Fortunately - I didn't gain any weight over the holidays and I am only about 8 pounds over my ideal weight. 

Beginning today, I plan to exercise at least 5 days a week doing aerobic and strengthening exercises as well as some fast paced walking at the mall.
