I got a treadmill for christmas, I love it. I have been asking hubby for one for a while. For a couple of reason. He works, so it is hard for me to go for a walk, never know when he will be home and for how long if he is. Two-well Texas weather is so unstable--one minute we are hot, wearing just about nothing, next we are cool, then before we know it, it is snowing. I don't do well in gym. So hubby got me one. I have used it several times since I got it. Trying the different programs out, seeing what suites me best. I found it. I have to do my own work out, warm up, power walk/jog/run, cool down. I tried all the programs and I give up after the first 6 minutes, just to advace for me for now.

So here are the stats for me--I need to lose weight. But like I told my hubby, I am not so much as looking to lose weight, I want to lose, tone up and be happy with myself. I don't wan to be barbie then but I don't want to be a whale either. So to be honest, not sure how much I want to lose I know I need to lose at least 50 but at the same time probly not that much since muscle weighs more but is leaner, so when I get there I will know. At the moment I am trying to get into working out regularly/daily basis. Trying to work on eating healthier, not a diet just healthy eating. I still want to eat what I want, just have to work harder. So today was the first day, I did a total of 6 very hard minutes, oh I wanted to die.

I am 28, mother of three. I am 5'3", 177 pounds. This is the heaviest I have ever been and will ever be again (unless for some chance God give me another baby, no don't want one). So I want to look good, dont have to be georgious, but look good for me. Here is a pic takes on thanksgiving and christmas eve, these are the before and the person we don't want anymore.

Will keep you all updated. Thank you for not bashing and all the support.

You can so totally do this.  I have a treadmill that I love.  I listen to my Ipod and powerwalk 3 miles every other day.   In the beginning it would take me almost an hour for a 3 miles walk.  Now I can do it in 40 minutes.

But now I walk one, jog one, walk one, jog one....

So good luck.
