Well on 1-5-09 I woke up at 2:00am with really bad pains in my upper abdomen area, it got to the point that it went into my back and I could hardly walk. I called a health nurse and told her my symptoms: pain in upper abdomen, my breathing was labored by that point form the pain, and I was having an anxiety attack. The nurse told me get off the phone and call 911. Well the paramedics arrived and they said that I was going to the hospital since they couldn't tell what caused/causing the pain. My vitals were normal.
I am one that can deal with pain, I had my son natural and this pain that I had this morning was about 100% worse than childbirth. So I freaked out. I am only 22 and never had anything like this happened to me. So yeah I worried.
I felt so stupid when I found out that all it was, was gastritis. I called 911 for that. I was so embarrassed.

If you continue to have pains like this have them check your gallbladder, i went almost 5 years being told the pain was just irritable bowel and i needed more fiber, then when the gallbladder got so bad it was going to kill me they said oh opps our mistake we need to take that out.
Definitely don't ignore it if it keeps coming back, also try to pay attention if it happens when you eat and what you have eaten before it happens.
