I don't usually make resolutions but I made a resolution  for 2009 to get more sleep! With getting up at 6 am to go to my day job and then working nights from 5 - 10 or 12 pm I just don't seem to have enough time to get it all done and get to bed at a decent hour! So I'm really going to try to get at least 7 hrs of sleep at night! Have I kept it? Well so far... ummm....  welll .... NO! I did get to sleep late (until 9:30am) this morning but then I went to bed really late earlier this morning (at 4:20 am), so I probable had @5 hrs of sleep! But I really do need  more sleep to stay healthy so I'm going to put forth some real effort!  I hope everyone else can keep their resolutions!
