We all have them! Some are easy to break and others all really a pain in the ....so for me I made a list again of the same ones I have tried so hard to break before, and here they are, #1. To guit smocking! #2. To loose weight while I am not smoking #3. Joined a gym to get more excercixe. and if I can get those 3 things done in o9, I will be healthier, happy, and well for a change. Wish me luck!
