Established Website for sale at http://www.hometownemarket.com!  This site is 6 months old and averages between 50 and 100 unique hits per day dependent on advertising efforts.  Approximately 70% of visitors have bookmarked this site and it is listed in Stumbleupon, Cafemom, WAHM Addicts, Tagfoot, a couple of blogging sites as well as a few Squidoo Lenses. It is also on several link exchanges and plugboards and is crawled by google, yahoo and several other search engines.  Email [e-mail] for specific statistics you desire.

The current webhost (Cart and Soul) costs $12.95 a month and is ready and willing to assist in a smooth transaction. The site is very user friendly and is easy to maintain. Adding products and attaching the links is a simple process that my neighbor kids enjoyed helping with.  Training and support is readily available from the host and I assure you she makes it a pleasure to learn.

Other obligations have interfered with my ability to promote this site as it deserves.  It will sell to the best offer that is received before January 15, 2009. I will transfer the domain name to the new owner at purchase as well as all pertinent accounts. All blogs, lenses and writings that I have done to date will retain the links to Hometowne Market to further promote the site for its new owner.  I am currently a member of 200 plus Yahoo groups, and will include a list of these groups to the new owner if desired so they may join themselves to advertise in.


Any of the existing affiliate groups that the new owner is a member of will only require a few simple link changes to direct them to the purchaser's homepage.
