Fiesta Week is here.

As all of you San antonians know Fiesta week starts this friday.  Does anyone have anything special going on?  We are going to be sooo busy with my daughters dance I wont know which end is up.  As of right now she has 8 performances.  If you want to come watch we will be dancing at Ft Sam Houston and both Charreadas.  Ft Sam is free.  Lets all be safe and play hard.

Not Really about Fiesta Week.

Hi! Me and my husband were thinking of moving to San Antonio.  He has a job offer at the VA.  We were thinking about moving into the community of Leon Valley.  I have never been to San Antonio.  We plan to visit there in June.  But could you tell me in Leon Valley is a nice neighborhood and if you know, are the schools good?

Apr. 18, 2007 at 10:45 AM Evan was in Santa Rosa during Fiesta five years ago, for (somewhat) elective surgery. DO NOT schedule a hospital stay downtown during Fiesta! It was nice during the day, we walked to El Mercado, but we couldn't get to the hospital during the parade. Ugh...

I live in Leon Valley area and really enjoy it.  How old is your child? He would be in the NISD school district and you could look on their website to find out which school he would attend.
