Try as we might we all live a life surrounded by pollution.  I don't mean just trash on the ground and exhaust in the air, I mean in every aspect of our lives.  Health disorders today are higher then they used to be.  How much of what we consume and live in add to that?  Even people who watch what they eat still fail to erase completely toxins from their lives as well as people who make sure their house is clean and germ free.

The food we eat today is not like the food of our relatives that lived a few generations ago.  I do agree that we have come a long way in nutrition knowledge but we also have things that they didn't have to worry about.  Take the average grocery store, if we were to look at the ingredients of the shelf food, meats, and even our fruits and vegetables we would find a lot of ingredients that aren't good for us.  Preservatives, dyes, MSG, and pesticides litter our food.  We can try to go organic and that is the best bet but even then you have to research where things are being grown because some countries' regulations aren't as strict as ours.

I think what I find worrisome is all the chemicals we have in our house.  Yes, we want a clean house where we don't have to worry about our kids getting sick from germs, but what we shouldn't have is kids breathing and walking in chemicals.  I don't know about most people but I have a real hard time walking down the detergent and cleaning isles with out getting a big headache.  Even strong perfumes give me big headaches.  Now, we need to do laundry but do we need to saturate our clothes in chemical detergent that leaves the perfume on after it is clean?  You're kids might have "nice" smelling clothes but what about their allergies?  If your child drops their cookie on the kitchen floor it's nice to know that the floor is as clean as a floor can be, but what about the chemicals from the cleaner that's left behind or that gases off?

It is probably impossible to escape completely from everything that isn't good for you but I believe we can and should eliminate what we can.  I have found a wonderful place that offers products that are environmentally safe and natural while not sacrificing effectiveness.  I don't get headaches when I clean with their products and I know that I am not adding to the pollution of chemicals that we live in.  It is very cost effective and planet friendly.  I think it is worthwhile for everyone to at check out for themselves what this wellness company has to offer.  If interested I'd be happy to help with that, just let me know.
