3rd Trimester Pg Board 2-5-09

Feb 5th,2009 33weeks and 3days

I think that dh has finally decided to go with the first name that we picked out, because someone asked what the baby name was the other day and I told them to ask dh and he told them ……………… Kaleb Daniel, now that he is sure, I’m not so sure. But I love the name, I just don’t want to mess up and give him a name that does not fit him. Pray that I don’t!!! O and another thing Monday I had to go back to the dr the room started to spin so bad that I thought I was going to pass out and I got so sick on my stomach. The dr checked me out good and said that my iron was a little low and to keep an eye on it and if it kept happening the would run some more test. So he had me take the rest of Monday and all day Tuesday off from work, which I was not to happy about that, it is cutting into the time I will have once the baby gets here. But I know that it was best for the baby so I did what he told me too!! Everything seems to be fine now. And the baby is very active when he wants to be and really relaxed other times. Dh is really getting into me being pg. He has been talking to my tummy more and laying his head on my belly and the baby kicks him and the he talks to the baby. I think that it is so cute and I love when they get to interact together!!! I can’t wait until he gets here and I know that dh can’t either!!

I’ve got 39 more days and I go in for my C-Section, I schedule for one right not because the baby is breech and has been this way the whole time, the dr did tell me that they would do a u/s and if he has turned and does not look like he is going to be to BIG then I can try vaginal. But I think that he is going to be too big and not turn, but he could prove me wrong.

 

Jan 28^th, 2009 32weeks and 2 days

 My dr apt went well! The baby is still measuring a week & a half ahead. The dr said that he will more than likely induce me on 3-16, unless something happens & the baby decides to come before then or it medically needed. His heart beat was really good & the dr said that everything looks great. My next apt is 2-13 I get another u/s!!! O & I gained another 2 pounds since my last apt. O & I get to come off my shots when I hit 38 weeks!! WOOOHOOO Dh has not really said anything about the baby’s name, not since he called him Kaleb the other day. Maybe he will decide soon!! My blood pressure was good, but I’m still dizzy all the time but Dr."B" said that it was normal!

 

Jan 9^th, 2009 29 weeks & 4 days

My apt was for 8:30 this morning I got back they weighted me and I’ve gained again, I think they said all together I have gained 13 or 16 pounds from my starting weight, but if you take into count that I lost first then I’ve gained 23 or 26 pounds, so I think I will go with my starting weight to make me feel better!! Lol Now on to the baby!! They did the 4d u/s sound today and he is breech and his feet are next to his face!! I feel so bad for him, but the nurse and dr both said that it is not hurting him to be like that!! I found out that the u/s tech thought that we was doing the u/s because I was measuring ahead by 2 weeks at my 25 week apt but "Dr.B" (my usual dr) didn’t say anything about it. But I told her no I just wanted the 4d u/s. so she did it I’m measuring 2 weeks a head by measuring my belly and by his head is also measuring 2 weeks a head too!! He is in the 46% tile for his age and weight!! Heartbeat was at 143bmp and his weight 2ibs and 15oz. Today I saw my normal dr’s partner "Dr.S" and he said that he will be 3pounds by tonight!! Which made me laugh. He also that with my history he wanted me to go ahead and start with the every 2 week apts. He said that closer to time he will let me pick what date I want to be induce that way I can be off my lovenox for a good 24 to 48hrs for I can have a epi!!! WOOHOOO. I got some really good pics of him with his feet beside his face! Blood Pressure 110/60

O and my mom went with me, she goes every apt and DH goes to the ones he can, but working out of town makes it hard! But she went and she was just as excited as I was to see him!! The tech said that I will have another at my 36 week apt and if I want another round of 4d pics I can get them again, that’s if I want to pay again (which it is only $100, which is cheap for 3/4d u/s) So when she said that my mom told me that she will pay for it because she like it so much!!! Gotta love mommies!! : ) That is my update for now, which is a lot more than I usually do : )

the last pic is the best! don't worry about the foot thing, Cole was like that too;p as for being breeched, you still have plenty of time for baby to turn:) everything sounds wonderful!congrats mama and thank you for the update!! it was exciting to read:)!!

Congrats!! Im glad you got that awsome pic of his face!! Its great! He has plenty of time to turn. Brooklyn was breech a couple weeks ago and she is head down again now..lol. So they can move around alot. :)

thanks for the update:)! sounds like everything is perfect! i remember having a few dizzy spells, rink lots of water! congrats mama! only 50 days left to go-woohoo!
