so a friend of mine has a daughter with severe disapilities. but she has to take the exact test to get a deploma for high school as the normal kids. she has special classes, and everything. she finally passed the math but she can't pass the english. her vocabulary is that of a sixth grader and the test is for a nineth grader. How unfair is that!  We need something done about this.

I think that makes sense, you have a set criteria for a diploma.

Even when the child has disapilities.  She is severly handicapped. she may be 18 but she acts like she is maybe ten. she doesn't have the mental ability to learn what is needed to pass the test.
