red ribbonI think that making resolutions are a good way of getting rid of the clutter in your brain.   Through out the year there are so many things that we are involved in, many stressors that keep us distracted from our goals.  When the new year arrives, it brings hope once again that just maybe this year, this time you will be able to accomplish some of those goals.  So if making new years resolutions gives you hope to move forward, even if its just one step forward, then I say by all means make them.  We should not become pre-occupied with the resolutions, as we may miss out on actually enjoying each new day that the new year brings.      Chow!
