I felt like I was living at the Doctors yesterday. So I went to see the Breast Surgeon at 9am yesterday. He did the same thing my Gyno did he felt to see if he could find a lump. He said what he found didn't seem to strange to him although he wasn't sure what it was...And its kinda hard to find. But he did feel it so he sent me straight away to the Breast Center here for an ultra sound and Mammogram. I waited there for over an hour then was in testing forever. The tech could obviously feel the lump to although she wasn't able to see it on the Mammogram. So she did the ultra sound. She took pictures of the area and still nothing on the screen., but she could feel it. So 3 doctors feel something I feel something. And here's the deal, its not a cyst, its not Calcium, its as of now a mystery...one I don't like. So The Breast Surgeon is to call with further results of the Mammogram and Ultra sound after they are viewed by the radiologist. But this was his plan, he said "Say they find nothing, but we can feel it and its still there in say 4 months, I want to do a biopsy that will be the only way to know for sure, he said I have to watch it, check it frequently for changes in size or shape. If something changes before the 4 months then I'm to call immediately."

So here I'm with a unknown lump that is invisible to the test...Joy... And here is the thing I was thinking how do they do a biopsy on something that moves around in there really do the make a huge cut, what? I don't want that I think if they tried to take a needle to it, it would just move out of the way...I don't I'm just thinking here...

So that's the word for now Watch and Wait... Joy just like the Marine Corps, "Hurry up and Wait"... fun, fun, fun...

Now on to Maddie, the 3rd Doctors trip of the Day, that made me so Mad we waited 2 hours to see the Doctor 2 hours...After 30 minutes she loses her Patience and acts like a crazy child...We had both had it after 45 minutes... 2 hours Please.

So they have no idea what is going on with her either...Really go figure. So she is on Zantac for a month but if she isn't better in a week I have to take her back for more test. So we head to target, and she was complaining and making that belching noise on the way there...and Wahla,,,she throws up in Target... Seriously,,,something has to give...

But on a lighter note...we are hanging in there,,,having fun regardless and planning another addition of Family Fun Night. Which will be a stay at home night with the weather turning to -7 below zero tomorrow and a wind chill of -24 below zero..yucko, Movie night, games and Chicken Wings sounds good to me...

I will be back soon with better things to post, time to move on...beyond Health issues and back to Life...Yes Life...the good things in Life...Hugs and Love, Lisa

Thank you for all your Love and support it means the World to me...I cried reading all of them thank you so so much...

That is odd about your test results. Could it be a knotted muscle? Is it painful in any way? I do hope it's one of those odd things/flukes in life :)

I'm sorry girl!  I know what it's like to know that somethings wrong but nothing comes of it.  The waiting is awful.  I went undiagnosed with Grave's disease for 3 years.  The doctors weren't doing the right tests so it wasn't showing up.  5 doctors, two of which were specialist told me that I was just stressed and need to learn to relax!  Please!!  I was loosing weight like a blemic.  It was awful.  Thankfully I finally found a doctor that helped me.  I hope that the solution with your breast is a simple one.  Keep lifitng your heart to god, he works in many mysterious ways.  And I hope that your daughter is feeling better soon as well!

I had something similar happen a few months ago (visit my page and check out my posts). I went for the ultra and mamo and nothing showed up really either. And like yours mine is sometimes hard to find. I saw a specialist and after looking at the results and feeling around, he determined I just has large lumpy breasts LOL! Actually he said that it was probalby hormonal (this is why it's easier to feel somedays than others). Also  the lump feels more longated than round. He told me to continue to track it as far as if it felt bigger prior to my periods etc. and then I have to go back in april/may to get it looked at again.

Hope things look up for you.... I know it always seems when it rains it pours!

Lisa, I'm so glad you posted this because I was wondering how things were going. The breast lump, I experienced something very similar a few years ago where something was felt but nothing showed up. Sometimes these unexplainable things happen, and the body has an incredible way of being able to clear up these types of things. Poor Maddie, I'm hoping that will get cleared up soon. Sending love, light and healing your way sweetie.

Keep a good eye on the lump. If it is cancerous it will grow rapidly within six to eight weeks.   My girlfriend had one diagnosed through biospy.  It was stage 2 cancer. By the time they scheduled her in for a mastectomy in as little as six weeks it went to stage 4 cancer involving four of her lymph nodes.   The reason for the wait was doing all sorts of tests they wanted before they removed it.   So if you think its growing get back in there and have that checked and know  'the squeaky wheel gets the grease'.

Good luck!
