Jan. 12, 2007 at 1:40 PM Wouldnt it be nice to quit for a day or two? We cant, but there are ways to make it easier. Just talk with your husband and let him know what you are thinking.

Jan. 12, 2007 at 1:46 PM Awe!  I'm so sorry.  My hubbie never was much help.  But, I go on strike all the time.  My house gets a mess and I'll nag him to death.  Sometimes it works and he'll help only a little.  Sometimes I get stuck with everything I didn't do while on strike.  If only men came with a chip that we could program.  Life would be great!  :)  Good luck with him.

Jan. 12, 2007 at 2:09 PM I'm sorry! Sometimes I think I have the last helpful Hubby in the world... he really is great about that. Try to take a little time for yourself... it will help... maybe a bubble bath later?

Jan. 13, 2007 at 9:50 PM Hey! I know how you feel. I do all the cooking, cleaning, pay the bills, and help 3 kids with homework. On top of that, I do all the running for all the kids activities. He tells me he appreciates it, but  sometimes I'd like it if he would just take over once and a while. To watch him go crazy trying to do what I do, that would be hilarious!1LOL

Jan. 14, 2007 at 10:18 PM sorry you're having hubby troubles, me too! lol. My hubby is actually pretty good, he will always cook (almost every nite!) and he will do dishes, take out the garbage etc., but the everyday upkeep of the house usually falls to me. And what with his socks and clothes always around, dirty cups and dishes on the coffee table (grrr), it seems I am always cleaning up!! Sometimes I will also go on "strike" but that only works half the time.... oh well.... I try in moments like that to remember the things I love about him, and remember that he puts up with my imperfections too Smile
