10 TIMES AGAIN WITH YOU (a poem)

When you hold me in your loving arms
My heart can finally see
All the tears, through all the years,
Taught me what you'd mean to me

If I could do it all again
I wouldn't change a tear
If it would change the outcome
Of me holding you so dear

For every time my heart has cried
I've laughed ten times with you
For every dream that fell apart
You've made ten more come true!

For every time I thought I'd die
When someone was untrue
I'm now ten times more grateful
For the faithfulness in you

For every lie that I'd been told
Some lie so easily...
I know I'm ten times luckier
To have you here with me

So, if someone should ask me
If I'd do it all again...
I'd have to say, "I surely would,
Times ten, times ten, times ten again with you!
