It is -4 here and a wind chill of -21 here this morning....... The girls, although both disabled,  are not eligible for special busing because their school is only 4 blocks away and they are in HS. Andrew, however, is because he is multiply disabled and his school is a mile away.  His bus driver will give my girls a ride to school anyway so luckily they will not have to walk today. Yes, our school system is small enough she can get away with it and still have room on the "special" bus.
