  This came to me this morning via my nephew that attends and works at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Subject: Public Safety Announcement

This Public Safety Notice is being sent by the Ball State University Police Department. The information in it requires no specific action to be taken. It is provided to make members of the University community aware of a possible dangerous person. At present, there is no evidence that the subject I in Muncie or the Ball State area. According to information provided to the BSU Police Department, Rickey Allen Robbins is a predatory sex offender who was released from custody in December of 2008. He immediately fled parole supervision from Lane County, Oregon, and is still at large. He has been convicted of Rape, Sexual Abuse and Robbery. He has a long history of sexual crimes and has interest in women and child pornography, and is a "person of interest" regarding several burglaries on the Earlham College Campus in Richmond, IN. There is a nationwide warrant for his arrest. Robbins reportedly hangs out at campus bars where he takes pictures of college women. He has reportedly posed as a college professor, and is responsible for crimes on college campuses across the country. Robbins has family in Indiana. Robbins' description is as follows: White/Male Age: 57 Height: 5' 9" Weight: 190 lbs. Eyes: Brown Hair: Brown/Gray Scars: Abdomen, back and chest.
