I'm getting to the rewarding part of exercise and careful eating:  results!!  I've lost about another 1/2 inch from my waist and a few pounds, hooray!  I have about 20 days left of the 30 Day Shred.  I still love working out in 20 minutes to the point where I am just dripping sweat...that's a first!  I did have to take a day off last week because I was so sore, but I got right back to it the next day.

Tonight is my company's annual holiday party, and I get to wear a new dress in a size 8!  So worth the hard work!  That, and my hubby can't keep his hands off me :-D
