If any of ya'al are like me, you feel at least some pressure to be super mom. I am not sure where it comes from but it just seems like no matter how hard I work, I can't keep up with everything. Do homes exist where everything is clean all the time and organized completely? How about moms who never crave time for themselves. I have had to lower my expectations a bit, but these days if I can accomplish these I do feel pretty Super
- Spend quality time with my son for at least 3/4 of the day
- Have at least one hour a day when I can see the living room floor thru all the toys.
-Prepare healthy meals and snacks for my son and at least 3 family dinners a week.
- Play outside every day.
-Watch less sesame street.
I am sure there are more but I have already spent a little too much time on the computer today.

Okay...from a mom's point of view. hmm My girls are old enough to have a life of their own now and where did that supermom, super-career women, super everything person get me personally (Alone) Not one connection to the world. I cherished the time I spent razing my daughters and was great at managing time. But that was 3 years ago. Quality time with everything.. But always take time for you!! Sometime other things can wait (that was hard for me to learn)
