Well, I haven't weighed myself, as i'm going to try and do that monthly...but, i just wanted to let you all know. I feel im doing very well. Ive gone to the gym everyday but one this week...and im going to tonight . I've been watching everything i ate, small portions, no snack food...but i did have 3oreos yesterday as my "treat" but now no more. I havent been eating after 8, unless its an apple or banana after my work-out (being going at 10pm) drinking my water, and juice and milk..very very little soda. So, I feel like im doing fairly well..cant wait to see the numbers going down on the scale ..
I know I said I wasnt going to weigh myself, but I was weighing my daughter (curiousity gets the best of me) and I lost a pound n half. Im soo happy. I know its only a pound n half but its motivation! wohoo!!!
