Affiliate Marketing - Free Ways to Make Money From Home!

I am not kidding - it doesn't cost me anything to do what I do.

I learned about affiliate marketing and blogging here awhile back and I have some information about that on my sites below but it is a way to make money from home with no investment.

I did pay a little for a training tool as I was struggling with it all to understand it , but other than that it is just a lot of writing, blogging, and the fun part is that you can pretty much pick what you want to blog about!

(I actually recommend starting out by simply learning to blog and understanding the ins and outs of it all before buying any tools...)

The way you make money is by linking to other sites that pay a commission on what people buy and also you can make money by people clicking on ads on your blog...

I have been getting questions about affilaite marketing and how it is done...so I'll try to give a bit if information here...please feel free to ask questions here as that way we can help other moms and it will be a time saver for me as I can answer your question for everybody! :)

Affiliate marketing is basically finding products you can market online thru blogs or whatever method you want to, and make commissions off the sale of the product... for instance, I sell log furniture on Ebay for a local company and I run all the Ebay ads, etc and then when I sell something THEY ship it and THEY handle it but I made a commission for MARKETING it.

I am only the AFFILIATE and not the manufacturer... so there is no handling or stocking products or anything like that...

Same thing online with other things especially ebooks, and things like that ...

It is NOT quick money especially if you have never done anything like this before but the basics are simple.

I find products at places like Clickbank, Amazon, Linkshare and several others that I woud like to promote and then I blog about it or set up free pages like Squidoo with information and then when someone goes from my sites to the product sites and buys, I make a commission.

I mostly use Clickbank stuff as it is all ebooks and downloadable stuff and seems to be the best money maker.

The biggest trick is in getting people to find your stuff online and that is why I have tools available on my work at home blog HERE to help with online marketing techniques - but tools will do you no good at this point until you have some idea how it all works!
