Car seat

As many of you know I am a HUGE advocate for carseat safety! I have not spoken up with many of my friends when I see photos of thier children in their carseats improperly. I'm usually afraid of people getting angry at me thinking that I am judging them when I am not, I'm just trying to educate. Car seat safety is NOT an option. It's not like whether or not to breast or bottle feed, or to use cloth or disposable diapers or what not.....this is their life you are playing with. They should NOT forward face before a year AND 20 lbs and they should really rear face until the limits of their seats! Internal decapitation is nothing to play around with people!

Here is a video to watch on proper usage of an infant seat, you should also make sure your seat is properly installed. The belt or latch should have no twists in it and the base or seat should not move more than an inch from side to side.
