"The energy on the streets is something I've never seen before," said Nancy Wigal, a 45-year-old technical writer who lives in the Mount Vernon Square area(in DC). "People are walking lighter, standing taller and are reaching out to one another. It feels like hope. It feels like shared happiness."

I feel the same as "moomers" above.
I am thrilled!I look forward to today! I cant wait to see the inauguration!!
I strongly feel that NO MATTER HOW THINGS END UP GOING, we as a country NEED to stand in support of our leaders! A country that stands divided in much weaker and an easier target. I believe in ALWAYS finding the BEST in our leaders. It can't be easy to be in their shoes. I prefer NOT to pick, complain, and Bi%$# about all the mistakes.
I will STRONGLY support our president and his dear family! And I am so excited about him taking office. I hope he can help unite us all. :O)
