Ok so the lady who looked at our house 3 times bought somehting else much cheaper.  Bummer.  But...her realtor loved our house and loved how we had it set up for the showings.  (Candles, flowers, lights on, windows open with a warm breeze blowing though, light music, etc.)  She has told us that she will definitely make it a point to show our home any chance she gets. 

Well tonight was the night.  We had the place shining & smelling awesome and they were here for more than an hour!  I believe we are going to have some good news tomorrow!  They are going to want to make us an offer we can't refuse, I can just feel it!

Apr. 18, 2007 at 10:05 PM That sounds great! My husband and I decided in the past week to get started on trying to sell our house. The house we live in now was inherited from my parents so in a lot of ways we are like first time home buyers. I am nervous and excited all at once. This is the house I lived in from age 5 to 20 and then moved back into at 24 and have lived her for almost four more years. But it is a 3 bedroom and now  I have three kids. Two boys (6 & 3) have to share a room, while our baby girl has her own. We definitely need to upgrade. I hope you get good news. Let us know.
