Well I started my diet last week. Well I say "diet" and I mean Diet Pill! I am doing slimquick. I lost a pound. Not too bad for not changing what I eat. Now I know that this will not lead to permanent weight loss, but I need quick results with little effort and this is the way to do it, without making myself stave, throw up, or any other way unhealthy thing! I am going to start back at the gym next week and then slowly cut back on bad carbs and sodas. I am going to give the slimquick a few weeks and If I am not satisfied I am going to try the Acai Berry stuff. ( I am pretty sure this is an advertising avenue and not a true blog but it was interesting none the less http://jennysdietblog.com/I have heard good things about it, but I wanted to try the slim quick first bc it is suppose to help with balancing hormones, mine never quite made it back to normal after Trace was born. So I will keep up updated and see how things go

You don't need to starve to lose weight. Trust me I've lost 67 pounds in the past 10 months. I eat healthy and don't cut out carbs. You just have to count calories and workout. Most of the time with pills you will gain the weight back when you stop taking the pills,drinks, etc.
Please be safe. Those things are scary!
