Children, babies everywhere,
Lord tell me there’s enough to share!
All I wanted for my life,
Was to be a mother and a wife.
I got all of that and even more,
As every year a child is bore.
So much love, and so much care,
Sometimes I won’t even share!
They are my life, They are my light
I thank you Lord, each and every night
But then, oh Lord, there are days,
That they really seem to make me pay.
They are all special in my eyes,
With smiles and love they fill the sky.
The sun, the moon, they are so grand,
But being a Grandma is the best profession in the land!
