This is an article sent to me in a reply concerning my thoughts right after viewing the Inaugural.

I have said and will continue to say, no matter who would become our President we need to pray for him/her. Our country is in an awful situation. America is hated in many places in the world. To be honest I regret that our first Black President has to come into office at such a tragic time in our history.

Democrat or Republican, it does not matter. What does matter is that we remember why we have the rights we do. This country was started on a hope. A hope for a better future. Our country's past is not pretty. Many mistakes were made. But now is a new page. United we can do great things. ~Pamela

I didn't read the article link Pamela as I figured it was negative and I don't need that right now. I can say that I agree that people need to come together to help an ailing country. One man cannot break or fix a country. It takes all it's citizens to rise to the challenge of change and hope and I believe that your new president has the right stuff to lead in that hope.

Stay inspired!

"I believe that your new president has the right stuff to lead in that hope."

I'm thinking you meant "our" President not mine right? {chuckle} This country and the world as a whole has many problems. I am just hoping for peace and resolution. I don't have any solutions. I will do what I can to encourage and do whatever I think is right to promote peace.group hug.
