Do you sometimes feel that YOU need to be in a mental ward just to catch a break? (Group has been EDITED! Please read COMMENTS in post)

If so, then please feel free to join us in a place with a great group of ladies who feel like you do at times.
Does this mean that we love our children any less? No!
It means that we need an escape and have the freedom for a while to be who we are, besides mothers and caregivers of children with mental disorders.
This is what The Mental Ward is all about. Being with other moms that have the same struggles and hardships as you with a child that has mental disorders.
A place to vent and talk without judgement or resentment.
No matter what type of mental disorder your child, you and your family is dealing with, please feel free to join us. We ALL need a place to run to and feel safe.
And to be ourselves for a little while.
About The Mental Ward
Does your child have ADD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Tourrette's Syndrome, Autism, Asperger's, or any other type(s) of mental disorders?
Do you sometimes feel like YOU need to be put in to a Mental Ward just to get away for a little while and find yourself again?
Do you need a place to vent and find support without judgement?
No matter how you choose to help your children (meds, natural remedies, therapies, ect.), please feel free to join us!
Vent, cry, share happy stories, share your struggles and your triumphs as a parent of a Special Needs child, talk about your day to day life, your family.
We have added a DAILY post called Mental Notes for you to come in and let us know what the day's plans will be. You can even come back in to the post throughout the day and let us get updates.
Also, there are GAMES played in the group. We need to have some fun to, you know!

My son doesn't have a mental disorder...
But I do.
Well, I think we can increase the membership status...
Come on in. I can't say anything...I am mild OCD and I have Depression.
The group has been EXPANDED to have moms/caregivers that also suffer mental disorders themselves.
