I was SCAMMED!!

ATTENTION: Direct Sales Ladies!!!:If you use ProPay, check your PAST bank account transactions from December 2008... My account was fraudulently debited $39.95!

On 12/23/2008 my bank account was debited for the amount of $39.95 and the only information that was given was from my online banking cancelled check viewing was "IW Subscriptions" Ref #2647223823 and the number 1-866-367-7116. After calling the phone number once, a recording told me to contact an international number of 1015158000, but that was not in service. Then after call the 1-866-367-7116 number again, it was not in service. I filed a dispute resolution with my National City bank and they are supposed to be refunding my money.  I then searched online for more information and cam across a couple of sites talking about the scam and direct sales people that use ProPay were affected!!  So then I called Creative Memories and they were AWARE of what happened and never told the consultants about it!!!  I cannot  believe that!  Then I called ProPay and they told me that it was under investigation and they took my info.  SO I got my money back, but I still am SO MAD about all of this... I am going on Monday to close my band account!

Just wanted everyone to be aware!  (I was told Mary Kay reps use ProPay too)... anyone else?
