We just finally got basic cable, and as I was flipping channels recently, I stumbled apon a fantastic cooking show.  It was on our local Portland programming show, public access channel 23.  Public access is hit or miss, usually miss---------though I did spend a few minutes one evening watching some guy with lobsters on his head, but that's not what wanted to share.  What I wanted to show was a super cooking show called "Big Kitchen With Food, with Chef Julian".

Julian is a five year old boy.  He's a pretty good little chef.  The whole thing was his idea.  It's a great show.  I give it two thumbs up, and so do two out of three of my boys.  My oldest boy, Alek, is only interested in computer programming right now, so cooking doesn't interest him, although he does allow that Julian is "pretty good".

Anyway, I just had to share.  I'm so tickled to have found something interesting in our brand new basic cable.  So far, it's just been Chef Julian and How It's Made on the Discovery Channel.  Although actually being able to see the shows I'm trying to watch is a real plus.

I can't seem to embed this video properly, so here's the link-----
