Do I clip coupons?

when krogers mails them to me, i do clip the ones i want. but other than that, i do not because i do not get the sunday paper on a weekly basis. i should be ashamed because i really need to be easier on my money & i am sure that clipping some coupons on a regular basis would help that in some ways =)
