We decided to take advantage of the sales that are out there. We struck out at several places. Our last stop was at Circuit City. Billy wanted an iPod and I thought I would get one for the girls. We found the display unit. The iPods were under the display in a glass cabinet. While I was holding Dani's hand, I stepped back a few feet so I could look for a sales person to open the cabinet. Meanwhile, Billy is kneeling down looking at the iPods in the cabinet and he is holding Abby's hand (7 yr old). Billy noticed the cabinet was slightly open, so he opened the glass door and pulled out one of the iPods. As he is opening the glass door a low sound alarm goes off. Faster than a blink of an eye, Abby dropped his hand, and ran over to me saying, "He's going to be arrested, he's going to be arrested. I am not going to jail." While Abby is yelling that, a sales girl comes over, Billy hands her the iPod and told her we wanted to purchase it. I was laughing a little to much, and the girl said, "Oh don't worry, that happens sometimes." I stopped laughing and explained to her what Abby had just said. Abby looked at the sales girl and pointed at Billy and told the sales girl, "He did it, He opened the door." The sales girl laughed a little.
It is so nice to know that she has no problem throwing Billy under the bus.
