Flew a kite

My 11 yr. old dd LOVES kites and we live near the beach and in an area with few telephone/electric lines so every spring we buy a couple of kites and fly the kites...usually here at home but we have been known to go to the beach and let them soar.  There is something so uplifting and fun about watching a kite soar on the wind...plus for ME it means only one thing....SPRINGTIME!!!
