Winter weather, but still had to work

Don't you hate those winter weather days where it snows, but you still have to go to work because the streets are clear. Memphis hardly ever gets snow and I was excited when I saw it this morning. But then I checked and the streets were clear enough to drive on and so now I am stuck at work :(.
