I am about to lose all my new hair by pulling it out. My regular co worker in a two person office went on maternity leave. Problem: all the replacements are lazy, careless and always on private calls or texting. I am not there warden and therefore I dont want to be a snitch. But the stress is on overload. Its now affecting me physically. I was called on the carpet recently for issues I had not part in. But since I was there and didnt babysit plus do my job I fell into the catagory of why didnt I catch the problem. Tell me how to sit at the reception desk and do x-rays at the very same time to monitor all that goes on and I will gladly try it. UGH>>>>>>>
I put up with rude people who say that they have waited too long. I have put up with all the foul words tossed by these rude people. I have tolerate the lies of all those that feel if they lie it will cost me my job.
I turn to God so much these days....he has an earache from me.
Any advice ???????????????????????????????????

Hey I would ask what are your job requirements? b/c if it's to catch something that you have part of then they better let you know so you can go to tell the rest of the crew they need to put out their work b/c one person can't do it all. Then you can go to your supervisor and let him/her know that there are a few people in here that aren't doing their job by texting, talking on the phone (personal calls). You don't exactly have to name names but let the supervisor know.
