Couple names...annoying!

Lately I have been hearing something that just annoys me. Not that it is a big deal or an earth shattering issue, it just annoys me. Since when does every couple have to have a cute name. Bennifer, Tomcat, Brangelina. Puke Puke Puke.
Then I am on a few soap opera fan boards. Liason (liz and Jason) Jasam (jason and sam). You get the general idea. I just want to scream. Then I hear two teenage girls talking they were trying to merge their own names with that of their boyfriends. Gag.
I hope this fad dies soon.
