Not such a good idea

So it is only 7 am on Thursday and already Gavin has had two accidents. I discovered that he likes to tell me after he has already gone. So it is back to watching him like a hawk which drives me crazy. I just hope that this doesn't get me to down and that we can turn it around. I am so upset right now I just want him to do well. He is very smart and knows what to do he just needs a little incentive.
