A Mother's Love~ Brave Mommy Squirrel

My dh sent these images to me in an email today...he and I love seeing things like this. It shows a dog who had got hold of a baby squirrel (don't worry this has a happy ending) and the brave mom squirrel who came to the baby's rescue. Be sure to scroll down through all the images.











This last picture is my favorite...the look on the dog's face is priceless. It's almost like it's saying "what the heck just happened?" And the mom squirrel, the way she's holding the baby...so sweet. It just shows that bravery isn't always about size or strength...this kind of bravery can be fueled by love.
