Homebirth Help Needed

Does anyone know how to file for a birth certificate and all the other paperwork, after you have an unassisted homebirth in the state of Tennessee? I have already tried to contact Nashville Vital Records and I am still waiting to hear back from them. But if anyone knows anything, I need all the help I can get right now... Oh and I am over 30 weeks pregnant and a little pushed for time!!! LOL
