OMG It was so amazing today I got to pin my husbands SGT stripes on him. Its been almost a yr in the making. His stupid x-wife kept him from getting them and now he has them. I didnt think I was going to make it to the ceremony bc of traffic and by the grace of God his 1st SGT was late too and then when I got there they were in formation and the 1st SGT was talking about the promotion of him and one other guy and he looked at me and was like Mrs. Combs plz come up here and pin these on your husband. I was freaking out. I can sing karaoke in front of hundereds of ppl but I was scared to walk up in front of 60 soldiers and pin my husband. My daughter and I got to do it. I AM SO PROUD. It was the second best experience of my life next to haveing my daughter lol. Ok anyway thanks for reading ladies just wanted to tell you all how proud I am. :)
