What Happened to my baby???

 I seem to have lost my baby.... you see yesterday she got out of her diaper and got lost and I found her. But today, she walked out again and I can't seem to find her. I have looked every where. Her baby drawer, The diaper bag, the high chair, every where my baby should be she wasnt. What I did find was a child. I don't know who she is. She is beautiful and quite humorous. She seems to be very smart as well. I almost can see my baby in her but there is no way this child could be my baby. Even now I have brought the child in my house and she has cleared the table to make room to color. The child writes and draws circles. My baby didn't do that, She was tiny and small. This child has very curly hair that is so beautiful! My baby had short straight hair. This child seems to smile at me like she knows who I am. The smile is so familiar and I can't help but smile back. I have slipped a few times and called her Emma but she seems to respond to it. She likes Rylie too. Infact they get along very well. I never knew a child to get along with a stranger so well. She is so very well behaved. Who is this kid!!! Some one is bound to be missing her now. Why is she not afraid and asking for her mommy?

Wait.... WaIt a minute. As I am looking closer at this child I see something. Only on my babies foot was there a freckle on her right big toe. This child has the same and OH LOOK there is one on the left side of her ribs too!!! Oh my goodness! What has happened!!!!  My baby formed into a child! When did this happen? What did I do wrong? Where did the time go!?!?! 

My baby, My child has grown too much. I realized that the child I was outside with was mine.

I watched this child, my child swing by herself. She can even move her body to keep it going. In november, my little girl couldnt climb up the first step of the slide, today my baby climbed both steps and slid down all by herself. As she was drawing, I learned she loves the color blue and is outstanding at drawing circles. She can clean up the play room all by herself, just to have a sticker on her chart for being mommies helper. She cleans her plate off the table and sets it on the counter for me. She loves to pick flowers and today I heard her form sentences I never heard before. Such as : "Hi Mommy" I'm sorry mommy" I see puppy" Pretty flower" No no puppy". Today while I was outside with my little girl we found a pecan I cracked it open and gave her a piece. She said YUM! and then said " I eat candy pease". 
 
I do not know when this child grew. Maybe because mommy didnt see the child, I saw my baby.

I realize though that although she is growing more and more that I need to be with her more and more. That even as she becomes a child she will always be my baby. And that goes for our first one as well. heheh
