im so scared

I am so scared and confused and i dont understand what is happening to me. I found out i was pg on monday and then yesterday started spotting and became bleeding (which is the EXXACT same day this started last yr with my miscarriage so of course i am upset) It started to let up but started again. I have dropped tiny clot but no tissue or anything else just dark blood and not like OMG amount just enough to flip out and have to wear pads for. I am in no pain so i dunno what is happening. and last night i started throwin up like morning sickness. Please pray for me everyone t hat this is just that weird bleedin in the first trimester and that my baby is ok! im terrified

The best advice I ever got was, "When in doubt, go to the doctor." you'd get that ease of mind.
